Cody Johnson was a dominant force in the trenches during his senior season at Greenwood. Recording 47 total tackles, 13 tackles for loss, 6 sacks, and 17 quarterback hurries, Johnson anchored the defensive front with relentless intensity and physicality.
A relentless competitor, Johnson consistently disrupted opposing offenses with power, speed, and determination, controlling the line of scrimmage and setting the tone for Greenwood’s defense. His leadership and toughness helped will his team to another state championship appearance.
For his outstanding performance and impact on the field, Johnson has been named a nominee for the Defensive Player of the Year Award presented by the Eugene D. Franklin Foundation Football Awards.
Cody will continue his football journey at the University of Central Oklahoma, where he will take his relentless motor, toughness, and playmaking ability to the next level.

Matthew Garner distinguished himself as one of the top quarterbacks in Arkansas, ranking Top 27 statewide in one statistical category, Top 2 in Class 3A in one category, and Top 2 in 3A Region 1 in three different statistical categories.
A recipient of the Eugene D Franklin Foundation's nominee award in addition to All-state honors, Garner led his team with exceptional determination, leadership, and an unwavering will to win, consistently elevating the performance of those around him throughout the 2025 season.

Malachi Warren was nominated for Defensive Player of the Year at the Eugene D. Franklin Foundation’s Football Awards and was ultimately named Co–Defensive Player of the Year alongside teammate Ethan Dunn.
Known for his toughness, skill, and undeniable will to win, Warren was a cornerstone of his team’s defense and played a major role in leading them to a playoff appearance. His relentless effort, leadership, and impact on the field set him apart as one of the premier defensive players in the region.

Cayden Dye earned Second Team All-Conference honors following an outstanding season, serving as a cornerstone of the defense. His leadership, toughness, and relentless play consistently set the tone and helped anchor the defensive unit throughout the year.
Charlie Scott was a force on the offensive line, anchoring the trenches with strength, discipline, and consistent high-level performances all season long. His ability to control the line of scrimmage played a key role in his team’s offensive success.
Max Chavez also delivered an exceptional season and was recognized as the Special Teams Nominee. His playmaking ability, energy, and impact in critical moments made him a difference-maker whenever he stepped onto the field.
